The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at the University of California, San Francisco seeks a gynecologic surgeon with expertise in minimally invasive techniques for a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
UCSF Division of Urogynecology & Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery seeks a gynecologic surgeon to join our multidisciplinary team! Primary clinical responsibilities include providing comprehensive, evidence-based, individually tailored treatment for women with complex benign gynecologic conditions and disorders. The faculty role also includes participation in the UCSF Comprehensive Fibroid Center and UCSF Endometriosis Center. Candidates are expected to work in a multidisciplinary setting and lead clinical research projects. Clinical responsibilities will include a consultative office practice in gynecology, office-based procedures, gynecologic surgery and gynecologic on-call responsibilities. Successful candidates should be comfortable in providing complex surgical care and will be expected to serve as a resource for other gynecologic surgeons within the department.
The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate an aptitude for and dedication to medical education, including direct teaching of medical students, residents, fellows, and junior faculty.

The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See . The minimum base salary range for this position is $131,200-$344,400. This position includes membership in the which provides for eligibility for additional compensation. UCSF Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences has a total salary plan that uses National benchmarking standards to set salaries by subspecialty.
