Work Location

Elkford, BC
Salary: $115,000 to $122,000 annually.
Work arrangement: Hybrid – providing the flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
Travel: This position will be required to occasionally travel to Timmins, ON and Wabush, NL.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve customers by providing information and resolving technical problems. Acts as the liaison between SMS Equipment, Komatsu and the customer. Resolves problems by asking questions and clarifying customer's concerns. Documents and communicates observations of customer equipment
  • Assist in developing project plans , priorities, budgets and schedules ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines and procedures. Attend monthly JoiFUL meetings, daily mine meetings as required, quarterly meeting support.
