About the Program:

Our comprehensive 24-month Graduate Mining Engineer Program offers newly qualified engineers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in key areas of the mining cycle. Graduates will rotate through essential underground operational roles, including Truck Operator, Service Crew, Charge-up, Bogger Operator, and Driller, before advancing to Project Engineer training.
