Overview

A leading mining company is seeking an experienced Advanced Operator with Trainor / Assessor skills to serve as an Operational Proficiency Coach at their Gregory open-cut operation, located near Emerald, Queensland. In this role, you will coordinate training activities, ensure compliance with site policies, and foster effective communication across teams. The ideal candidate will have at least a Cert IV in Training and Assessment and proven experience in a mining environment. A competitive salary package, including housing allowance, is offered.
