Mining Technology Enabled Solution Engineer at Mantrac Ghana LTD

Mantrac Ghana LTD is hiring Mining Technology Enabled Solution Engineer.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Maintain technical knowledge in Mining Technology Enabled Solution (MTES) hardware, software and installation requirements and procedure

• Deliver consistent and exceptional service experience facilitated by connected asset support for technology enabled solutions and provide enhanced customer value through preventive maintenance and more precise diagnostics

• Provide onsite and remote support when possible for technology enabled solutions

• Retrofit, install, troubleshoot, inspect, upgrade and downgrade, orient and train update and verification of software and online support

• Maintain a working knowledge of competitor offerings in mining technology.

• Engage with Caterpillar support teams in maintenance of deployed MTES solution

Qualification Required & Experience

• BSc / HND/BTech Electrical and Electronic Engineering

• BSc Computer Engineering, BSc Telecommunication Engineering

• Computer software, hardware and Networking (Microsoft Certified)

• Proven experience in similar fields

Skills / Abilities

• Good IT skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret schematics

• Should have a driving license B or higher

• Demonstrate good understanding in the use of Service Information Systems (SIS), electronic technician (ET), Vision link and CAT Inspect
