<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><strong><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,"sans-serif"">Profile: </span></span></span></strong>MIS & Admin Executive</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">Salary- 15K-18K</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"><strong>Male is preferred.</strong></p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"><strong><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,"sans-serif"">Experience: </span></span></span></strong><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,"sans-serif"">fresher</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">MIS Executive Responsibilities:</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">• Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality, and service</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">• Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report on KPIs; assist in volume forecast and capacity planning as needed</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">• Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">• Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">• Perform data analysis and provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">• Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">• Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">Job Requirements: To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">• Analytical experience required • Strong ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">• Sound business decision-making ability, Problem solving skills</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">• Ability to communicate with people of various technical and business backgrounds</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">• 1-2 years of experience in the MIS preferred • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)</p>
