Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage reporting for INT — analyzing team activities, operational data, and forecasting
  • Regularly revisit the efficacy of existing reports and modify/improve their usability
  • Highlight trends and provides recommendations
  • Provides analysis against agreed service levels and pitches ideas for further improvement
  • Identify, distinguish and analyze multiple components of a problem, and then make recommendations for business change
  • Synthesize findings from analysis and make verbal/written recommendations to upper management
  • Manage the global billing process from file generation to creation of billing files for APS upload
  • Run the monthly P2P process in a timely and accurate manner

  • Effective decision-making skills necessary to support complex operations
  • Exposure to a diverse group of clients at all levels of the team and maintain ongoing relationships with the other hub managers globally
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated, possesses excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Approachable and open to working with staff and clients to resolve problems at any level
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; Advanced skills in MS Excel 
  • Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Experience of working as Business Analyst or Project Manager with leading KPO or Captive centers
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, reporting and project management with a large production center
  • Advanced and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven experience in working with varied workflow tools
  • Shift Timing: Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts – 1 pm to 10 pm or 2 pm to 11 pm or 3 pm to 12 am (in IST)
