<div>Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives</div> <div>Exp 2-4 years<br /> <br /> Location: BDC14<br /> <br /> JD: Responsible Delivering key MIS reports on a daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly basis as needed by the management. Perform data analysis while generating reports & provide strong reporting and analytical information, look and draw for trends, derive basic insights and inferences! Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources. Create dashboards from inception, maintain and enhance the dashboards periodically. Provide support to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for the internal client users. Summarize information in a presentable and visually appealing manner to best enable decision making. Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency. Develops MIS documentation / SOP to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance. Periodically update SOP Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve issues Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time Desired Candidate Profile Good Communication skills and Ability to articulate thoughts is MUST Well versed with MS-Office o Intermediate & Advanced Excel Formulas (Logical, text, lookup, reference, power pivot, arrays), functions, Power Pivot, charts and graphs, Pivot, what-if analysis etc. o power point presentations Design PPT, Charts and graphs, slide animations etc Strong ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations Deriving insights, Good presentation skills and summarizing data in presentable manner Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Client centric Proactive and solution oriented MIS, Data analytics, dashboard creation etc</div>
