Job Description

The MIS Coordinator is responsible for collecting, analysing, maintaining, and reporting data to support management decision-making. The role ensures accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports while maintaining databases and information systems. Key Responsibilities Collect, compile, and analyse data from various departments Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management Maintain and update databases and dashboards Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality Coordinate with departments to resolve data discrepancies Automate reports and improve reporting processes where possible Monitor KPIs and highlight trends, gaps, and anomalies Maintain documentation for MIS processes and reports Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required Skills & Competencies Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) Knowledge of databases, ERP systems, or MIS tools Power BI (Basic to Intermediate level) Macros / VBA knowledge (added adv...
