Key Responsibilities

A. MIS Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for business, operations, credit, and collections.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports.
  • Maintain standardized MIS formats and dashboards.

B. Data Validation & Quality Control

  • Cross-check data for inconsistencies, errors, and gaps.
  • Coordinate with business teams to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Ensure data integrity and adherence to reporting standards.

C. Business Support

  • Support management with ad-hoc reports and presentations.

D. System & Process Support

  • Assist in automation and improvement of MIS processes.
  • Maintain documentation of MIS processes and templates.
  • Coordinate with IT and operations teams for system-related data issues.
