Key Responsibilities
A. MIS Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for business, operations, credit, and collections.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports.
- Maintain standardized MIS formats and dashboards.
B. Data Validation & Quality Control
- Cross-check data for inconsistencies, errors, and gaps.
- Coordinate with business teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to reporting standards.
C. Business Support
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and presentations.
D. System & Process Support
- Assist in automation and improvement of MIS processes.
- Maintain documentation of MIS processes and templates.
- Coordinate with IT and operations teams for system-related data issues.
