Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior MIS Executive to join our team in Hyderabad on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in management information systems and be responsible for generating and distributing reports, analyzing data for decision-making, and maintaining databases to support organizational needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in pivot tables (Mandatory skill) to effectively summarize and analyze large sets of data for actionable insights.
• The ability to perform VLOOKUP (Mandatory skill) for seamless and accurate data retrieval across multiple spreadsheet sources.
• Experience with Google spreadsheets (Mandatory skill) to collaborate and share data-driven insights efficiently with team members.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for comprehensive data analysis and reporting to support business intelligence needs.
• Proven experience in MIS reporting to provide timely and accurate information to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Competency with HLOOKUP for horizontal data lookup and management across various spreadsheets.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and consistency in data management and report generation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve complex data issues effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and business initiatives.
• Develop and maintain databases to enhance data collection efficiency and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by conducting regular audits and reconciliations of various data sources.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on data analysis tools and techniques as needed.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and implementing solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in MIS tools and technologies to enhance report quality and efficiency.
