Core Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
  • Reporting: Create daily, weekly, monthly reports, dashboards
  • System Maintenance: Manage and maintain the MIS, ensuring database accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Analysis & Insights: Identify trends, monitor KPIs, support forecasting, and provide actionable insights for management.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve issues with systems, data, and reporting

Requirements

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Technical: Advanced Microsoft Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables), (Power BI, Tableau), Database Management.
  • Analytical: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication (bridging tech/non-tech), time management, and leadership.
