MIS Executive

Job Title: MIS Executive (News Channel)

Location: Noida

Experience: 2–5 years (preferably from Media / News / Broadcast industry)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to manage end-to-end campaign data operations for our news channel. The role involves maintaining campaign schedules, bookings, and daily logs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage campaign booking, scheduling, and log generation for all on-air and digital campaigns.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Traffic teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards related to campaign.

• Ensure accurate data entry in booking and scheduling systems (like BMS or similar).

• Support the team in forecasting and utilization reports of ad inventory.

• Generate and circulate daily / weekly / monthly reports for management review.

• Identify discrepancies in campaign logs or schedules and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain historical data and assist in data audits or reconciliations when required.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate with strong analytical and reporting skills.

• 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Scheduling, or Traffic Operations (preferably from TV, Radio, or Digital Media industry).

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.

• Familiarity with BMS / IBMS / or other broadcast management systems preferred.

• Excellent coordination, time management, and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
