MIS implementation Specialist - Job Description

Purpose of Role

The MIS (Management Information System) implementation Specialist is responsible for the strategic oversight, implementation, and day-to-day management of the group's MIS iSAMS including its integration with third-party software, across the region. This role ensures that all systems and data are accurate, reliable, and aligned with academic, administrative, and regulatory requirements. The MIS Specialist collaborates with school-based data manager and IT staff to deliver a seamless, high-quality user experience for teachers, administrators, and leadership teams. The ideal candidate will also provide multilingual support, ensuring effective management and assistance across schools with diverse language needs.

This role may require travel to schools and offices across the region, as needed, to provide ongoing support and oversight.
