Qualification and Experience

• Masters/ M. Tech/ MCA in relevant field with over 10 years of experience in livelihood or social sector.
• Proficiency in data management, quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.G., Power BI, Excel).
• Must have professional experience of AI for data analytics
• Familiarity with survey platforms and data analysis software is often beneficial.
• Knowledge of MEL frameworks such as log frames, results frameworks, and theory of change.
• Experience in the development sector, particularly with livelihood programs, agriculture, or relevant community-based initiatives.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
