MIS Manager

The role reports to the Agency MIS & Analytics Head, under the Distribution Operations & Analytics Department, and has the following key accountabilities:

• Accurate and timely release of Agency performance reports to monitor the Channel’s various performance KPIs, performance against targets.

• Accurate and timely release of management reports for various stakeholders (CAO, Sales Management Teams, Regional Office and other business units).

• Accurate and timely release of periodic sales promos, incentives and conferences results to monitor the achievement of agents and leaders vs. promo mechanics and drive the objectives of sales campaigns.

• Collaborate and work closely with key stakeholders (Finance, IT, Sales Management Team, other Agency support teams and business units).

• Able to communicate complex data, analysis and insights in a clear and concise manner.
