MIS Manager/Assistant Manager – ERP/POS Systems Support

This role requires hands-on technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the IT team to deliver effective local systems support.
  • Oversee and support the daily operation of ERP and POS systems, ensuring reliability, data accuracy, and smooth system operations across retail outlets.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for ERP/POS applications and other systems and related IT infrastructure.
  • Use SQL scripts to extract, analyse, and process sales and operational data for business reporting.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand requirements, document needs, and implement system enhancements.
