MIS & MySQL Query Expert

We are seeking a MIS & MySQL Query Expert with strong reporting skills, hands-on experience in MySQL and Excel, and exposure to technical/application support. The role focuses on data analysis, MIS reporting, and supporting business and client teams with accurate data insights, system support, and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Data Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
  

• Write and optimize MySQL queries for data extraction and analysis
  

• Understand database structures and validate data accuracy
  

• Handle ad-hoc data and reporting requests
  

• Analyze data trends and share actionable insights
  

Technical / Application Support Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for application and system-related issues
  

• Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution
  

• Act as a point of contact between business users/clients and technical teams
  

• Track issues, tasks, and resolution timelines
  

• Support day-to-day project activities and deployments when required
  

• Maintain support documentation, reports, and follow-ups
  

Required Skills:

• Good communication and reporting skills
  

• Strong understanding of MySQL (joins, aggregations, subqueries)
  

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
  

• Ability to understand and interpret large datasets
  

• Experience handling application or system support queries
  

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  

• Comfortable coordinating between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with large databases
  

• Basic report automation exposure
  

• Prior experience in MIS, analytics, or technical support roles
  

• Exposure to client-facing or coordination roles
