Job Summary

The MIS & Planning Officer's job is to create an information network system for the utilization of Management as well as the different units in SMEBG in evaluating the performance of its line officers.

How will you contribute?

  • Evaluates and analyzes the monthly financial performance of Relationship Managers and Responsibility Centers in relation to plans and revenue targets as mandated by
  • Management.
  • Reviews and analyzes profit centers' performance' assesses the achievement of sales/revenue goals and growth targets versus actual' identify areas needing attention and recommend appropriate strategies and courses of actions.
