The MIS Team Lead (L3) of the Managed Infrastructure Services provides senior‑level technical leadership and operational oversight for the delivery of enterprise‑class managed infrastructure services. This role combines advanced hands‑on expertise with team leadership, ensuring SLA compliance, service quality, and strategic alignment across the organization’s Managed Services Catalogue, which includes:
