Supports CCMD staff that participates in the JPP. Subject matter expertise with MISO capabilities, experience working with Internet Based MISO (IBM), and understand the informational impact of adjacent units. MISO planners will advise operators on methods of leveraging informational power to gain and maintain information advantage.
