Job Description
Required Experience
· 2+ years’ experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar at a 5-Star hospitality and/or restaurant environment; shipboard experience is an advantage
· Guest-focused, service-oriented, positive personality, professional appearance and impeccable hygiene standards
· Experience leading multi-cultural teams preferred
· Excellent knowledge of all public health policies, especially US Health and FDA Standards
· Food handling & Alcohol certification required
Role Overview
As part of our Mississippi Food & Beverage team your job as an Assistant Restaurant Manager is to run outlets, continuously making the effort to coach and develop the Restaurant Team providing the highest level of service in accordance with Viking’s STAR Service Standards
