Qualifications and Job Description
- Preferably with experience in using the Five9 / Verint tool, but not required.
- Amenable to work onsite, night/graveyard shift, and willing to be assigned in Eastwood site
- With experience in workforce real time and Reporting / MIS tasks.
- Highly Analytical. Keen attention to details.
- Can create Reports / Dashboards from scratch (not template driven).
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly in MS Excel, Report automation using Power Query, Power Pivot, Data Modeling) and Google Suite
- Experience in handling accounts that run Service Level / Occupancy / Line Adherence / Billable Hours.
