Key Responsibilities

  • Daily duties will consist of taking phone calls from customers, gathering key information, and creating or updating tickets. Agent will monitor email and ticket board for any new or updated information and notify the correct parties as needed.
  • Agent will perform Tier 1 tasks such as voicemail password resets, extension name changes, simple programming changes, and basic troubleshooting for down systems/sites unable to call in/out.
