Responsibilities:
- Own regional & global Mixing Strategy and support respective M&A projects.
- Define Production Equipment supporting Price Negotiation:
Standardization of mixing Technology (software & hardware)
for Greenfield & Brownfield projects and being considered during
maintenance and repair of mixing equipment.
Consider internal Mixers and upstream & downstream Systems &
Components.
Evaluate, rate & consider energy-efficient technologies.
Consider Control Systems, MES and Safety Technologies.
- Automation of entire hardware range from weighing systems, internal mixers,
rolling mills to batch-off.
- Planning for Mixing Plant Concept considering appropriate Layout:
Run cost comparisons of different concepts
Technical evaluation of mixing layouts
- Lead or support hardware-related VAVE projects in Mixing Plants.
