Responsibilities:

- Own regional & global Mixing Strategy and support respective M&A projects.

- Define Production Equipment supporting Price Negotiation:

- Standardization of mixing Technology (software & hardware)

for Greenfield & Brownfield projects and being considered during

maintenance and repair of mixing equipment.

- Consider internal Mixers and upstream & downstream Systems &

Components.

- Evaluate, rate & consider energy-efficient technologies.

- Consider Control Systems, MES and Safety Technologies.

- Automation of entire hardware range from weighing systems, internal mixers,

rolling mills to batch-off.

- Planning for Mixing Plant Concept considering appropriate Layout:

- Run cost comparisons of different concepts

- Technical evaluation of mixing layouts

- Lead or support hardware-related VAVE projects in Mixing Plants.

- Support involved team for scale-up of mixing from the laboratory-mixer

to production-mixer.

Qualifications:

Mechanical Engineer with detailed know how in Control Systems, Electronics and Hydraulics incl. expertise for Safety (machine safety, …)

10 years experience working for Machine Builder or similar function
