Description:
The Mixing Operator III is responsible for operation of the Mixing and Granulation equipment in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining 100% cGMP & compliance to ensure the production of quality products.
Schedule:
1st Shift 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday
Essential Functions:
Perform & Verify complex equipment cleaning and operation of various types of industrial size mixing equipment. Observes production and make sure all batches finished in time to meet monthly production target and monitors equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Review PBR for correctness after Mixing and Granulation activities are complete, sign and hand over to Supervisor. Make sure all equipment in the departments are grounded before starting any Batch.
