Trevi . is looking for Mixing Plant Operators for construction sites located in Italy.

Requirements:

  • Coordinates and manages the mixing plant, maintaining the efficiency of the production cycle while ensuring the monitoring of mixture parameters in compliance with the project's technical specifications.
  • Monitor and control all plant operations.
  • Ensure that materials meet the quality standards required by the project.
  • Guarantee the safe operation and productivity of the machinery.
  • Manage and maintain the plants.
  • Prepare accurate daily reports on production and raw material consumption.
  • Comply with safety procedures and project quality standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and order of the plant.
  • Perform routine and extraordinary maintenance of equipment.
  • Report any QHSE-related violations to the supervisor.
  • Support the supervisor in departmental activities.
  • Knowledge of the mixing plant (manual O&M, performance, limitations, components and spare parts, manufacturers, .
  • Skills in assembling and disassembling the mixing plant, loading, unloading and circulation lines, accessories, etc.
  • Ability to carry out preliminary mixing phases (dosing program setup, line testing, .
  • Proficiency in operating the mixing plant (manual and automatic adjustments, troubleshooting, instrument reading, .
  • Knowledge of different types of mixtures (cementitious and/or chemical), their uses and applications.
  • Ability to assess the suitability of the produced slurry/mixture (based on technical requirements) and implement corrective actions.
  • Skills in cleaning the plant and excavation slurry distribution lines.
  • Competence in coordinating the various phases of raw material supply: delivery planning, storage, consumption reporting, etc.
