Job Description
**Description:** • Lead the annual process to update and validate the cost model
• Drive closure on all Inputs, Action Items, Liens, and Barriers
• Conduct Updates/Revisions to the cost model itself
• Conduct and Organize events for deep dives: Planning Factors, GR&As, and Scope Scrubs
• Partner with Navy Strategic Systems Program (SSP) Budget Executors to ensure alignment
• Work across multiple different Integrated Program Teams to develop and validate inputs
• Participate in the coordination and creation of Executive Planning Panel reviews
**Basic Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience with Excel, specifically the use of Pivot Tables, Power Query, and VBA
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across stakeholders to drive project success.
