- Strong design capability with hands-on development experience
- Proficient in Python, REST/FastAPI, Django, microservices, async programming
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms
- Familiarity with SQS/SNS (or equivalent messaging systems)
- Experience managing cloud-based managed services
- Ability to integrate ML/LLM models into production systems
- Exposure to developing financial instruments, internal systems, and handling metadata and performance analytics
