This is a Hybrid opportunity working out of Barcelona. It is a fixed-term contract to work until 30th June 2026.

The Role

• End-to-End Pipelines: Design, deploy, and monitor ML/LLM pipelines (data acquisition to production).
• Infrastructure & Automation: Scale cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) using GitOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Optimisation: Collaborate with AI Researchers to enhance model performance, resource utilisation, and truth analysis.
• Innovation: Stay at the forefront of LLMOps to integrate the latest generative AI advancements.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in MLOps/LLMOps within public cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• ML Scaling: Expertise in model/data parallelism, hyperparameter tuning, and frameworks (DeepSpeed, FSDP, Ray, or Megatron-LM).
• GenAI Stack: Strong grasp of RAG (chunking, vectorisation), and LLMs (GPT-4, Llama 3, Mistral).
• Azure Mastery: Hands-on with Azure ML, AKS, CycleCloud, and Managed Lustre.
• Soft Skills: Fluent English (Spanish is a plus); ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
