Middle Office QA Analyst!

(Location: Mumbai, Pune, or Chennai, India)

Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a passion for Asset Management and deep knowledge of Middle/Back Office functions? We are looking for a skilled QA Analyst to drive the quality of our critical Trade, Order Management, and Accounting systems.

Experience: 3 - 6 Years

What You'll Be Doing:

• Testing Core Financial Systems: Execute comprehensive Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our Middle Office and Backoffice applications, including Trade and Order Management Systems across various instrument types.
• Focus on Accounting: Specializing in testing key financial functionalities such as Pricing, Corporate Actions, Valuations, Collateral, and Custody Reconciliations .
• Collaboration & Analysis: Partner with the Business team to gather and analyze requirements , and subsequently create detailed Test Plans and Test Cases.
• Quality Management: Manage the entire defect lifecycle using tools like HP ALM and JIRA .

What You'll Need to Bring:

• 3 to 6 Years of IT experience in Quality Assurance, specifically within Asset Management or Financial Services projects.
• Must have working experience with Middle Office / Backoffice applications .
• Proven experience testing Trade and Order Management Systems .
• Strong understanding of financial accounting functionalities listed above.
• Proficiency in defect tracking and management tools (HP ALM, JIRA ).
• Excellent communication skills for business requirement analysis.
