MO Testing/TM/IBOR

We are looking for an experienced testing professional with strong exposure to Middle Office (MO), Transaction Management (TM), and IBOR systems within the Asset Management domain. The role focuses on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functional Testing , working closely with business stakeholders to validate complex capital markets workflows and accounting processes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functional Testing for Asset Management platforms.
• Validate end-to-end workflows across Middle Office and Back Office applications.
• Test Trade and Order Management Systems (OMS) across multiple asset classes and instrument types.
• Ensure accurate testing of accounting-related functionalities, including:
• Pricing and Valuations
• Corporate Actions
• Collateral Management
• Custody and Reconciliations
• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements .
• Create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and execution plans aligned with business expectations.
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools such as HP ALM or JIRA .
• Coordinate with development and business teams to ensure timely defect resolution and test sign-off.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Asset Management projects .
• Hands-on expertise in UAT and Functional Testing .
• Solid understanding of Middle Office / Back Office systems , including TM and IBOR platforms.
• Experience working with Trade Management and Order Management Systems across asset classes.
• Good functional knowledge of investment accounting processes .
• Proven experience with defect tracking and management tools such as HP ALM or JIRA.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Eagle , Portia , SimCorp , or other investment accounting platforms.
• Exposure to capital markets regulatory and operational workflows.
