About the Role
We are looking for a talented Python Developer with strong hands-on experience in Django and a growing interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will work closely with our data science and product teams to build scalable AI-driven applications and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and Django.
Integrate AI/LLM models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) into production-grade applications.
Build and optimize Agentic AI workflows, leveraging frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or crewAI.
Implement APIs and data pipelines for AI-based automation and inference tasks.
Collaborate with the product and ML teams to deploy intelligent systems into real-world applications.
Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-integrated backend systems.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience in Python development.
Strong experience with Django / Django REST Framework (DRF).
Familiarity with AI and LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
Understanding of prompt engineering, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma), and LangChain or similar frameworks.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
Solid knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Good to Have
Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent architectures.
Experience deploying LLM applications on AWS / GCP / Azure.
Understanding of Machine Learning model integration and data preprocessing.
Familiarity with FastAPI or Flask (alongside Django).
