Job Overview

We are on the lookout for an experienced Mobil Lubricant Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, senior-level position requires someone with 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales in the Mobil lubricant domain and will be responsible for managing customer relationships and expanding our market presence.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management with a focus on lubricants, specifically mobil lubricant sales (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in processing and closing sales in the engine oil market, leveraging industry insights for maximum impact (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce for managing sales processes and keeping track of customer interactions and sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability in successful negotiation strategies to meet company sales objectives and increase market share.
  • Experience in lead generation techniques, consistently identifying and converting potential customers into actual sales.
  • A strong track record in product demonstration, effectively communicating product benefits to clients and partners.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, multitasking and prioritizing effectively in dynamic environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the Mobil lubricant and engine oil business within the region.
