Role Description:

Role: Flutter App Developer

Experience: 1–2 years minimum

Location: New Delhi (On-site)

Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end Flutter mobile app development (Android & iOS) using MVVM Architecture
• Build production-grade features , not just UI screens
• Work closely with Backend, Product, Design, and QA teams
• Implement scalable state management using BLOC & Provider
• Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, Firebase, and third-party SDKs
• Improve app performance, app size, and crash-free rate
• Actively participate in feature planning, estimation, and release cycles
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Review PRs and maintain high engineering standards
• Use modern AI developer tools to boost productivity

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of hands-on Flutter development experience
• Experience working in a good product-based company
• Strong understanding of:

1. Flutter widgets & rendering
2. State management (BLOC & Provider – mandatory )
3. Navigation, dependency injection, and lifecycle

• Experience with:

1. REST APIs & JSON
2. Firebase (RTDB, Auth, Crashlytics, FCM – plus if used)
3. App performance optimization

• Solid Git & GitHub workflow experience
• Ability to take ownership of features and ship independently

Tools & Tech (Must Have / Good to Have)

• Flutter / Dart
• GetX & Provider
• GitHub (PRs, code reviews, branching)
• AI coding tools :
• GitHub Copilot
• Cursor / similar AI IDEs
• CI/CD (Fastlane, GitHub Actions – bonus)
• Play Store / App Store deployment experience – bonus
• Firebase (RTDB)
