We're looking for a Flutter Mobile App Developer who can build high-quality, visually polished experiences across Android and iOS.

You will work closely with design, product, and backend teams to bring complex financial workflows to life with a smooth, responsive UI.

This role is ideal for someone coming from B2C product companies and who thrives in a fast-paced, PMF-stage environment.

About BON

BON is a premium fintech-lifestyle app for US consumers, helping credit card holders manage and reduce their debt using AI-driven insights and a beautifully designed mobile experience.

We're currently in private beta and building a mobile-first product focused on financial wellness and exceptional design..

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain BON's Flutter mobile application.

Implement pixel-perfect UI/UX and animation-rich screens.

Develop complex custom UI components and responsive layouts.

Integrate REST APIs across all app flows.

Ensure smooth performance, low crash rates, and reliable releases.

Debug, profile, and optimize app performance.

Manage releases on the Play Store and App Store.

Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to ship features quickly.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Flutter development.

Published at least one app on Android/iOS stores.

Strong experience with complex UI, animations, and custom widgets.

Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs.

Good understanding of mobile architecture and performance optimization.

Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Crashlytics, Analytics).

Comfortable working with Node.js/TypeScript backend APIs (integration only).

Adaptable, ownership-driven, and comfortable in an early-stage, fast-iteration environment.
