State Government // Based South of the River 6 months + extensions // Open Rates Agile // Web-based user interface // API's Talent International is working with a State Government client to recruit an experienced Mobile Application Developer.
Essential Criteria:
Experience in working with clients to lead a project from concept to delivery. Demonstrated programming skills to a high level with experience of multiple languages and platforms (Languages: JavaScript, Python, HTML, TypeScript, CSS, dart; Frameworks: Django framework, NodeJS, Progressive web apps ) Experience in mobile app development and app publishing skills (Ionic framework and Flutter , Apple store and Google play store management) Experience in server administration (Linux LAMP, Microsoft IIS) and understand core concepts on server technology. Experience applying agile development practices across the full software development life cycle (requirements gathering, software design, programming, testing and documentation). Ability to work as part of a team as well as demonstrable evidence of self-organisation, including the ability to meet demanding deadlines and respond creatively and rapidly to new equirements. Desirable Criteria:
Experience with developing web-based user interfaces and RESTful APIs and an interest in contemporary computer science topics such as functional programming Haskell), Big Data, NoSQL data stores, Information Retrieval, and Deep Learning. Experience with cloud infrastructure and software development automation (eg: AWS/Microsoft Azure). Knowledge and experience in healthcare and health information management
