Role Overview
We are seeking a Java Backend Developer (SMOB) to support the full lifecycle of an enterprise mobile application. This role involves close collaboration with design and product teams to deliver high-quality React Native mobile applications, while also developing and maintaining the Java-based backend services that power them.
Responsibilities
Build, test, and maintain high-performance, reusable mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.
Translate high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, interactive mobile interfaces.
Ensure adherence to platform-specific design standards, including iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design.
Partner with designers and product teams to optimize user flows, accessibility, and overall user experience.
Advocate for intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly mobile UI/UX.
