We are seeking an experienced Mobile Architect to define and implement the mobile architecture strategy that powers high‑performing iOS and Android applications. This role involves designing scalable, secure solutions and leading cross‑functional teams to deliver outstanding mobile experiences that drive business growth and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Strategy

• Define and implement a comprehensive mobile architecture strategy aligned with organizational goals and technology roadmaps.
• Establish scalable, secure, and maintainable design principles for iOS and Android applications.

Design & Development

• Lead the design and development of enterprise‑grade mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Ensure architectural decisions support scalability, performance, and an exceptional user experience.

Technical Leadership

• Mentor and guide mobile development teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and provide architectural oversight to maintain quality and consistency across projects.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive and intuitive mobile experiences.
• Ensure alignment across teams to meet product and business objectives efficiently.

Quality & Performance

• Champion performance optimization, security, and code quality through best practices, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and enforce development standards and methodologies for high‑quality deliverables.
• Research and evaluate emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools to keep the mobile ecosystem innovative and competitive.
• Oversee integration of third‑party applications, SDKs, and connected devices into mobile platforms.

Documentation

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architecture, systems, and processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 4–5 years in an architectural or technical leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in iOS (Swift, Objective‑C, Xcode) and Android (Java, Kotlin, Android SDK) development.
• Hands‑on experience with cross‑platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter .
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high‑performance mobile solutions.
• Deep understanding of mobile development lifecycles, best practices, and quality standards.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving technical direction.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a passion for innovation and staying current with mobile technology trends.
