First Military Recruitment are working in partnership with a fantastic business to recruit a Class 1 Crane Operator to join their team in Barnsley on a permanent basis.
A Mobile Crane Driver is responsible for operating an all-terrain mobile telescopic to lift, move, position, and reposition loads as required by the customer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate an all-terrain mobile telescopic crane.

  • Drive the crane from the depot and arrive on the requested site at the time of request.

  • Set up the crane as per the relevant machine manufacturers’ operating manual

  • Operate the crane via communications from onsite slinger/signallers’ utilising 2-way radios or hand signals.
