Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
- Integrate native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) components as needed
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and pixel-perfect interfaces
- Optimize app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness
- Implement RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and platform services
- Manage app deployment to App Store and Google Play
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
> Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 3 years in Flutter
- Strong understanding of Dart and Flutter architecture (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.)
- Proven experience with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development
- Familiarity with platform channels and native bridging in Flutter
- Experience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and in-app purchases
- Solid grasp of mobile app lifecycle, memory management, and debugging tools
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
= Preferred Skills
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise)
- Knowledge of app security best practices and performance profiling
- Familiarity with Flutter Web or Desktop is a plus
- Contributions to open-source Flutter packages or community
