Responsibilities
- Upgrade, install systems and carry out maintenance works, inspections and fault finding.
- Keep clients updated with developments and record all activities, remedial works, inspection logs, and related updates.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and use IT to record tasks and updates; communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications
- Level 2 and 3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, 17th or 18th edition.
- Background in facilities management, mobile maintenance or construction with project work within a region.
