The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on various building systems and equipment. A recognized apprenticeship and electrical qualifications such as City & Guilds 236 Pt 1-2-3 are essential. Candidates with a strong background in commercial maintenance and experience in a similar role will excel in this position.
