Malace|HR is seeking a skilled Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Engineer in Decatur, AL. This full-time, first-shift position offers $32–$35 per hour. The Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Engineer is responsible for supporting the operation, inspection, and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) equipment across assigned facilities. This role includes assisting with maintenance and repair projects, as well as independently performing routine and specialized HVAC tasks. The engineer will conduct inspections and repairs to interior and exterior property areas, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, lighting, roofing, walls, flooring, and installed fixtures, ensuring facilities remain safe, efficient, and fully operational.
