About the Role


Join EQUANS as a Mobile Maintenance Technician supporting the Avon and Somerset Police PFI contract. Youll deliver essential maintenance for HVAC, electrical, UPS, generators, and building control systems to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and operate building services systems, including HVAC, UPS, generators, and electrical equipment

  • Respond promptly to faults and failures, ensuring minimal downtime

  • Supervise contractors and ensure quality and safety standards are met

  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and record-keeping for compliance
