Mobile Multi Skilled Shift Engineer - Fabric Engineer Bias

Overview

As part of our growing Engineering family, we are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer OR Fabric Engineer to provide a building fabric maintenance and repairs service. The role sits within our facility support service and covers a diverse range of clients, industries and sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide a building fabric service including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and patch repairs.
• Utilise basic electrical and/or plumbing skills as you carry out fabric repairs.
• Keep clients updated with developments; record all activities, remedial works, inspection logs, etc.; maintain a high level of customer service; and communicate effectively in writing and verbally, including using IT to record tasks and updates.
• Be physically fit as the role involves some manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off nights, 12-hour shifts.
