Job Description

Amentum is seeking a Mobile Operations Technician Assistant (MOTA) for a position In Scarborough, UK. The Mobile Operations Technician Assistant will transport and assist in realistic TTAO training via a combination of fixed, mobile, and MANPORTABLE mission systems throughout the European Area of Operation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe workplace and ensure safety is the highest priority

  • The Mobile Operations Technician Assistant will assist the MOT, JTE Operators, LMOC Operators and ESO's in preparation of mobile equipment to be safely driven/transported to and from the operating locations as required by the daily mission schedule

  • Set up, tear down, and ship equipment under the EWOTIM PWS using manuals and required test equipment

  • Transport and secure munitions

  • Ensure vehicles are clean and all vehicle safety equipment is present and serviceable
