The Mobile Technician is responsible for diagnosing repairing and servicing a wide range of smartphones This includes hardware and software troubleshooting component replacement device testing and delivering quality service to customers The role requires strong technical skills attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a service center or retail environment Key Responsibilities1 Diagnosis Troubleshooting Identify and diagnose issues in mobile phones including display battery charging network software camera speaker and motherboard problems Perform tests and use diagnostic tools to detect faults 2 Repairs Servicing Repair or replace faulty components such as screens batteries charging ports speakers microphones and internal parts Handle soldering micro-soldering and board-level repairs if experienced Install or update software firmware and perform data backups or resets 3 Customer Interaction Communicate probl...
