Responsibilities

• Experience in engaging QA team members and driving Test Automation and Performance Testing strategy
• Ability to coach and mentor both junior and senior QAs
• Proven experience reducing Regression Cycle time and an understanding of BDD
• Experience with API Automation frameworks such as Spec flow, Postman etc
• Experience with Mobile Automation frameworks such as Appium, XCUITEST
• Experience with Performance Testing tools like JMeter, Load Runner
• Strong experience in modern engineering practices and disciplines
• Ability to stay calm in challenging circumstances and work through problems methodically
• Details oriented mindset
• Good understanding of Agile & Lean delivery principles. Provide input to team processes
